FAQ #1

How do I participate?

To contribute, simply complete the airport announcement by typing after the initial statement. After you're done, enter your name and hit 'Submit'!

FAQ #2

What should I write about?

This is up for you to decide. You could provide clear information, critique expertise or class in the airport, spark chaos, share a memorable airport experience or simply write something entertaining.

Yes this one from Lea: This is a message for all non-European passport holders. We ask you to grab a free Dutch Passport at the Exit of the Airport.

FAQ #3

What will happen with my airport announcement?

Your announcement will be translated into speech and included in the exhibition. Every once a while, submitted announcements will be played within the exhibit, and an archive displaying your messages will be shown on the screen.

FAQ #4

Are the announcemnets moderated?

Sentences that are violent, racist, homophobic, or in any other way harmful can be excluded by the author.

FAQ #5

What is the goal of Dear Passenger?

Announcements are a key part of the communication between a system of expertise and its users, fostering trust in the designed system. These alternative airport announcements challenge the conventional ways we receive information while navigating the airport, offering alternatives that are more human, joyful, and interesting.
